The Australian and Queensland governments provide funding to organisations to deliver the programme throughout rural Australia by employing rural financial counsellors in key regional areas.

The Central Western Queensland Remote Area Planning & Development Board (RAPAD) is auspicing the Rural Financial Counselling Program for the Central Southern Region. This will be delivered through the registered business Rural Financial Counselling Service Queensland - Central Southern Region.
